2. What data we process and why

This website does not collect personal data directly, except for any information users choose to send us by email or WhatsApp regarding the race, registrations or volunteering.

Registrations and certain forms (for example, volunteering) are managed through Google Forms, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited acting as data processor. Data provided in those forms is used exclusively to manage participation in Le Centaure 27 · Gorbeia (registration, logistics, race-related communications) and is also subject to Google's privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

3. Legal basis

Data processing is based on the data subject's consent, given when voluntarily submitting a form or an email, and on the performance of the steps necessary to organise and participate in the race.

4. Data retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to manage the corresponding edition of the race and to comply with applicable legal obligations, and will not be shared with third parties except where legally required or necessary to manage the registration itself (for example, with the relevant insurer or federation).

5. Data subject rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing cdh.zaldipottokatokia@gmail.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a document proving your identity.
